best way dealing with a relationship breakup

What is the best way to deal with loneliness?
I am now 25 years living on my own, but I'm really alone. I do not always like that. I used to date often had relationships, had decent friends, but I ended up losing confidence in people and three years now, I chose to be alone. I still go from time to time with people, but I never felt a connection. My three months ago I broke up with someone I really liked, and I had to give my puppy because I'm due to deploy soon (military) and my mother did not kept his promise to look for him. I have just become that total zombie and I went to a therapist, but it depressed me even more. How do I pay problem. It's like I have nothing to live or to turn to. I just wish I can be the girl I used to be sometimes, but it is so long that I forgot how. And the fragmentation and loss of my puppy has the biggest tooth I've ever had in my heart. I'm just worried, I'll be like this forever. Sorry for the typos.
It may be a depression. Go to a better therapist. They may send you to a psychiatrist. In the meantime, call an old friend, catch up. Remember how to be the girl of your past by things that you like. Maybe things work call your ex and at the exit. What you see now or not, things will work in the end. You're a girl military, you are strong and courageous. Remember the good things of life and go for them, do not stand alone and unhappy. Good luck in the service, Hon.

The Family Way - $19.99 This gently farcical British comedy stars Hayley Mills and Hywel Bennett as Jenny and Arthur, a young couple who have just gotten married. However, while both of them are filled with anticipation for their honeymoon, a practical joke played by their “friends” causes their bed to collapse just as they’re about to consummate their relationship. Through a variety of misfortunes, they end up spending the night at the home of Arthur’s parents, where nervousness and a certain lack of privacy make it difficult for them to enjoy their first night together as they’d wish. While a bit of frank language and some fleeting nudity by former child star Hayley Mills generated a certain amount of controversy upon first release, by today’s standards The Family Way is more easily seen as the compassionate relationship comedy its creators intended. The Family Way is also of note to Beatles fans as the first film scored by Paul McCartney. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi |
