Ex-Boyfriend BACK – Are his motives sincere?
I dated this guy for a while. He was my first sexual partner and I loved him. Our relationship came to a horrible, heartbreaking end. We tried to be friends over the summer, still being intimate and STILL arguing constantly. I told him a few times that I’m not going to talk to him anymore, but I never stuck to it. Eventually It got to the point that I couldn’t deal with the stress and heartache anymore so I cut him out of my life.
We stopped talking for a little over a month, then out of nowhere he messages me this letter asking for forgiveness. I was hesitant about accepting his apology because I had a lot of resentment towards him (I still do).
Fast forward: he’s apologized, given me a gift, and we spent some time together over the weekend…ended up being intimate. Probably a bad idea, I know.
Basically, my question is….should I forgive him and try to be friends with him AGAIN?
Or should I just move on and continue without him in my life??? (maybe he just wants sex)
