How do I get over my break up?
Today, my first boyfriend of one and a half years dumped me. I was fine right afterwards and for a few hours, but then I started getting sad about losing him. But it needed to be done; we both weren’t happy and had been trying to fix it for a few months. I wasn’t ready to give up, but I guess he is. We had been on break for a week (I told him I needed one) and he said that he for sure wanted to get back together soon, but that obviously didn’t happen. Anyways, I haven’t cried but I have a feeling I will when I’m trying to go to sleep tonight. What’s the best way to get over a break up? Any advice. I need help, it’s my first break up.
