Why my inner legs and back after further harm to my baby?
This is my 3rd baby and I do feel a lot of back pain and leg during pregnancy. Its been almost 3 weeks that I made and I still found the pain as if I was pregnant. It gets really bad at night making it almost impossible to walk at times. What could be the problem?? Thank you you
As for back pain is normally because your abdominal muscles are weak after the delivery. Your stomach muscles have been stretched during your pregnancy and take some time to recover (hence the pocket after pregnancy) if it causes more stress on the back. Your back should work more hard to support your position from your abdomen is not supporting you like to use. Make some postnatal abdominal exercises, but not quite full blown undertaker. I do not know anything about the leg.
